I am trying to implement an interface in PHP for my site visitors, so they can see weather forecasts for their areas. But I can't get a list of locations and their yahoo weather location codes, to be able to give them a list of options (e.g. CIXX0020 for Santiago,Chile). And it seems that Yahoo, "just by mistake", avoids to give out a clear list ...

They provide API's, web services.. ect..ect

BTW... I did play with the map api, it is a pain to get locations, but it can be done.
