Which zip codes in El Cajon, CA are nice and which ones are ghetto?

Anybody live in San Diego familiar with El Cajon? My wife and I are looking for a house to buy. We don't want to live in the ghetto or cracktown. El Cajon has 3 zip codes: 92019, 92020, 92021. Anybody know if any of these are good neighborhoods, or are they all ghetto?

Here are some steps that you need to take when you are ready.

~ Meet with three lenders. Compare interest rates, loan programs, and fees. Keep in mind all fees are negotiable. Ask for a copy of the following so you can shop around.

I live in 92021 and parts of it are skeevy, but other parts aren't that bad. I've never felt scared to walk in my neighborhood at night. 92019 is the nicer area though as it is closer to Rancho San Diego.
