ok now that you have done that go to bag make sure nothing in the first slot is important press L+R

then get out of your bag then go back in you should have 493 masterballs then toss 111 masterballs to get kyogre to get groudon toss 110 masterballs when you see the screen change when you find a wild pokemon hold L but if you see arceus hold R next time i tried it it works good luck
